Vintage Parlor Inspired by late-19th century acoustic parlor designs. Compact body profile tailored for fingerstyle acoustic players, traveling musicians, and boutique folk showrooms.
Auditorium / Folk A mid-sized acoustic body design providing comfortable contours and focused midrange articulation. Ideal for music academies, schools, and multi-genre live performances.
Every batch of Oscar Schmidt acoustic guitars is fabricated under strict humidity-controlled manufacturing protocols to avoid soundboard cracking, fret sprout, and neck warping during ocean freight and multi-climate retail stocking.
Kiln-dried spruce and mahogany carefully selected to maintain optimum soundboard moisture levels of 8%-10%.
Integrated dual-action truss rods ensure fast and stable neck relief adjustments across summer and winter humidity cycles.
Hand-dressed crown fret ends eliminate sharp edges, providing immediate out-of-the-box playability in retail stores.
Reinforced 5-ply export master cartons and molded internal buffers tested for container transit and parcel drops.
